Babolat and Lamborghini have dropped the second edition of the BL.001, and the color explosion is the first thing you notice. This is not a subtle update. The collaboration pushes further on both aesthetics and engineering, with premium materials that mirror what the two brands do in their core industries.

The BL.001 is built around a specific feel target, not just specs on paper. Babolat worked the frame and core to deliver feedback that high-level players actually want: crisp on volleys, controlled on bandeja, responsive enough overhead without punishing your arm. That kind of tuning matters more than the logo on the frame.

Materials-wise, expect carbon layering and a foam density calibrated for low-to-mid vibration transfer. No official weight breakdown yet, but first editions sat around 360-370g unstrung, which puts it in the same ballpark as the Bullpadel Hack and Nox AT10. The second edition looks to stay in that range.

For context, this is a premium collector piece with real on-court credibility. It is not the same as buying a racket with a car brand stamped on it for marketing reasons. Babolat has form here, and the engineering input from Lamborghini's materials division is not cosmetic.
