Brussels Premier Padel P2: Prize Money for Lebrón-Augsburger and González-Josemaría

The Brussels Premier Padel P2 wrapped up as the sixth tournament of the 2025 season, and the top seeds on both sides of the draw went home without the trophy. Lebrón-Augsburger and the pair of Bea González-Paula Josemaría, both ranked number 1, lost their respective finals in the final moments.
On the men's side, Lebrón and Augsburger picked up the runner-up prize money for a P2 event on the Premier Padel circuit. P2 tournaments carry a total prize pool in the range of 250,000 to 300,000 euros, with finalists typically banking around 15,000 to 20,000 euros per pair. Not a bad week, but not what they came for.
González and Josemaría faced the same outcome on the women's side. The Belgian clay did not favour the top seeds, and the prize money they collected as runners-up reflects the same P2 pay structure. For context, Premier Padel P1 finals pay significantly more, so both pairs will be motivated heading into the next major stop.
Brussels confirmed that the ranking battle in 2025 is tighter than it has been in years. Wins and losses at this level shift ranking points fast, and a runner-up finish at a P2 still counts. Both pairs remain in the hunt at the top of their respective rankings.
Solid earnings for a final appearance. But Lebrón-Augsburger and González-Josemaría will want the trophy next time, not just the check.
